Dr. Fred W. Rhodes Outstanding Service Award
CPAK wishes to recognize Student Affairs professionals for outstanding service at the annual conference. Nominees should have a minimum of 5 years professional service and have exemplified outstanding service to the field. Letters of nomination must include how the nominee meets the criteria for the award as well as a statement of the nominator's willingness to present the award at the conference, should the nominee be selected. Dr. Michael Cuyjet Outstanding Graduate Student Award
CPAK is accepting nominations for outstanding graduate students in Kentucky. The individual should be in a full-time graduate program in CSP, Higher Education Administration, or similar field. CPAK is looking for nominations for graduate who have demonstrated dedication, service and commitment to the college personnel field while achieving their academic goals. Outstanding New Professional Award
CPAK is accepting nominations for outstanding new professionals in Kentucky. The individual should be in the first three years of their professional career (post Masters). CPAK is looking for nominations for new professionals who have made significant professional contributions or achievements on a campus, state or regional level. New professional nominees should demonstrate professional ethics, dedication, and commitment to the principles of the college personnel profession. Please complete the form by February 12th, 2010
